Draw In Timing Chain - AR05.10-P-7601-04MRH

- Cover over timing case slot with a clean rag.
Cover the timing case slot using a clean cloth to protect it from dropping small parts, if necessary remove any small parts that have fallen in. Engine damage can occur otherwise.
- Connect the new timing chain (2) to the old timing chain (1) using the
assembly link (01) and install the lock (03) in contrary to the direction of insertion.
- Remove the cloths from timing case slot.
- Slowly crank the engine using the crankcase center bolt, insert the new timing chain (2) and simultaneously remove the old timing chain (1).
Aid of helper required.
- Cover over timing case slot with a clean rag.
- Remove the cloths from the timing case slot.
