| 2 | Pull head restraint (1) all the way up, press button (2) and remove head restraint (1). | ||
| 3 | Remove covers (3). | ||
| 4 | Feed extraction hook (6) past catch hook (5) through from above and turn, unlock catch hook (5) by pulling upward (arrows) and pry out head restraint guide (4). | ||
