	Grind and polish
1	Wash vehicle.	Car Wash	*BR00.45-Z-1002-04A
2	Grind damaged area in paint with fine-grained abrasive paper.	The grain size must be at least P2500. A better option would be a grain size between P3000 and P5000.
3	Place polishing sponge exactly in the center on the polishing pad.	Before commencing the first polishing operation, spray some deionized water lightly onto the polishing sponge.
4	Apply a little paintwork polish at the polishing area.	Shake paintwork polish well before use. Polish, silicone-free 5 l, DB supply specification 7545.00	*BR00.45-Z-1013-04A

5	Polish the surface to be treated for at least 10 s at the lowest machine speed, approx. 800 rpm (stage 1), applying moderate pressure in a cross-coat action over the damaged area.	Make uniform movements with the polishing machine and comply with the polishing time at a damaged area. Otherwise visible irregularities occur in the paint surface. On larger areas make sure that you always polish-out one partial area (approx. 1/4 m2 ) at a time. As the paintwork polish pulverizes during polishing, a more marked abrasive effect is visible initially. The high gloss is only produced at the end.
6	Polish the surface to be treated for a maximum of 30 s at increased machine speed, approx. 1300 rpm (3rd stage) to 1600 rpm (4th stage), applying moderate pressure in a cross-coat action over the damaged area.	Make uniform movements with the polishing machine and do not exceed the polishing time at a damaged area. Otherwise visible irregularities occur in the paint surface. On larger areas make sure that you always polish-out one partial area (approx. 1/4 m2 ) at a time. As the paintwork polish pulverizes during polishing, a more marked abrasive effect is visible initially. The high gloss is only produced at the end.
7	Spray on de-ionized water and remove polish residue using a tack rag.
8	Seal polished surface with gloss preservation.	Shake gloss preservation well before use. Gloss preservation, 500 ml, DB supply specification 7551.10	*BR00.45-Z-1014-04A
