Remove/Install Differential Tapered Roller Bearing - AR27.50-P-0771-01NKB

IMPORTANT

The following special tools are required: SPECIAL TOOL Collet (000 589 60 34 00), SPECIAL TOOL thrust piece (124 589 02 34 00), a SPECIAL TOOL puller (001 589 50 33 00), SPECIAL TOOL sleeve (203 589 00 14 00).

Disassemble 

  1. SPECIAL TOOL Insert thrust piece into differential (50).
  2. SPECIAL TOOL Insert collet (02) onto tapered roller bearing (51).
  3. Place the SPECIAL TOOL puller (01) onto the SPECIAL TOOL collet (02) and remove the tapered roller bearing (51) from the differential (50).
  4. Turn differential (50) around and proceed in same sequence for other tapered roller bearing (51).

    Assembly 

  5. Press tapered roller bearing (51) with SPECIAL TOOL sleeve (03) onto differential (50).

    NOTES Do not tilt the tapered roller bearing (51).

    Otherwise damage will occur.
