Do not, under any circumstances , increase the retrofitted trailer hitch with reduced towing capacity of 400 kg to the series towing capacity.

Get the reduced towing capacity deregistered from the vehicle documents by an authorized testing station and the series towing capacity entered.

The previous form about the reduced towing capacity of 400 kg is to be changed by the workshop and filed in a tamperproof manner.

Enter the series towing capacity onto the vehicle data card and into the vehicle data card online.

Delete the following text relating to design groups from the "AO texts" tab:

"Trailer hitch with a braked and unbraked permissible total towing capacity of 400 kg installed."
