Remove Contacts From Micro Timer 3 Coupling - AR00.19-P-0120-06A

The following tools are required for removal:

• New passenger vehicle wiring harness repair kit
• Wiring harness repair kit, basic
• Blade holder with clamping pliers
• MT 3 blade

Loosen secondary release 

1. Slide retaining slider with a suitable tool in direction of arrow out of end locked position.

   

   Different retaining sliders are installed.

   Remove female contact (1) from connector 

2. Insert blade holder with collet and MT 3 blade from the front side through openings at contact cavity of coupling.

   Insert tool carefully. Otherwise there might be damage to the bars between the contact cavity and the openings for the tool.

   

   This pushes together the springs at the female contact (1).

3. A slight tug on the corresponding cable will remove the female contact (1) from the coupling.
