Measure
- Measure dimension (a) and note down for installation.
Depending on the version of the flex disk thickness, the specified dimension may deviate when installing.
Remove
- Pound pilot bushing (10) using flat chisel uniformly out of propeller shaft (arrow).
- Drill a hole 15 mm removed from the front side of the pilot bushing (10), (0 10 mm) at a right angle through the pilot bushing (10).
If pilot bushing (10) is seized.
- Insert suitable drift through hole and pry pilot bushing (10) out of propeller shaft using two assembly levers.
If pilot bushing (10) is seized.
