Press "STEP" button on measuring instrument.
Articulation angle measurement is selected.

Measurement is selected.

Perform measurement of all angles without interruption. An angle that has already been measured can be measured a second time if required. To do so, with the Measurement menu displayed, press the "STEP" button repeatedly until the display indicates Ready to measure the relevant angle.

Measurement of angle 1 at flange (1) of power take-off
Clean contact surface of adapter (020e) at flange (1).
Position adapter (020e) onto flange (1) (magnetic).
Align adapter (020e) flush with edge (arrow) of flange (1).

There must be a gap between the adapter (020e) and the heat shield.
Align adapter (020e) horizontally using a spirit level (020i).

Place sensor (020a) on support plate of adapter (020e).
When each measurement is taken, the side of the sensor (020a) at which the spiral cable (020b) is connected must point in the direction of travel. Otherwise measurement errors can occur.

Make sure that the sensor (020a) is seated correctly in the holes of the support plate of the adapter (020e).

Otherwise measurement errors can occur.

The device is ready to take a measurement and the measured values are shown in the display.
