Fabricate Drilling Template For Luggage Net Holder - AZ68.50-P-0007-01MFA

1. Print out drawing of rear drilling template for luggage net bracket (SH).
2. Determine dimensions (A, B) of print-out.
3. Determine scaling factor.

   

   Divide dimension specified (A) by dimension determined (A).

   Divide dimension specified (B) by dimension determined (B).

4. Copy printed out rear drilling template for luggage net bracket (SH) to original size using determined scaling factor.
5. Check dimension (A) and dimension (B) of copy.
6. Cut out rear drilling template for luggage net bracket (SH).

7. Print out drawing of front drilling template for luggage net bracket (SV).
8. Determine dimensions (A, B) of print-out.
9. Determine scaling factor.

   

   Divide dimension specified (A) by dimension determined (A).

   Divide dimension specified (B) by dimension determined (B).

10. Copy printed out front drilling template for luggage net bracket (SV) to original size using determined scaling factor.
11. Check dimension (A) and dimension (B) of copy.
12. Cut out front drilling template for luggage net bracket (SV).

    Joining the drilling templates 

13. Align rear drilling template for luggage net bracket (SH) and front drilling template for luggage net bracket (SV) at attachment lines (1a, 1b).
14. Fix rear drilling template for luggage net bracket (SH) and front drilling template for luggage net bracket (SV) in place using tape.
15. Check dimensions.

    

    Dimension "a" = 180 mm

    Dimension "b" = 325 mm

    Dimension "c" = 11.5 mm

    Dimension "d" = 94 mm

    Dimension "e" = 163 mm

    Dimension "f" = 108 mm

    Dimension "g" = 162 mm

16. Using a suitable tool, pierce markings in center for bores (C) in produced drilling templates for luggage net brackets (S).
