Check And Correct Headlamps Adjustment - AP82.10-P-8260Y

INSPECT Check     
1 Check low beam setting, adjust if necessary. Halogen headlamp ECE version AP82.10-P-8263YA 
    Halogen headlamp SAE version AP82.10-P-8263YD 
    Static LED headlamps, ECE version AP82.10-P-8263YB 
    Static LED headlamps, SAE version AP82.10-P-8263YC 
    Dynamic LED headlamps, ECE version AP82.10-P-8263YE 
    Dynamic LED headlamps, SAE version
NOTES
Before the low beams are checked and set, all the operation steps listed in the linked description must be performed carefully. Otherwise, the headlamps concerned may not be correctly set, which can then jeopardize the road safety of the vehicle.

2 Switch on main beam. NOTES
Model 118 with code 608 (Adaptive
Highbeam Assist)
Model 118
with code 628 (Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus)
For vehicles with active high beams
assistant, have an assistant operate headlamp flashing.
Otherwise the check cannot be carried out correctly.
 
3 Check setting of high beam. IMPORTANT The high beams are adjusted when the corresponding low beam headlamp is adjusted; the high beams cannot be adjusted separately.
If the high beam setting is not OK,

rectify problems.
IMPORTANT After obtaining special order.

4 Reset switch positions to input condition.
