- Unscrew union nut from valve body and push valve body into wheel and tire assembly.
- Place complete wheel upright and slightly elevated with valve bore pointing downwards for 10 minutes.
To ease extraction of the tire sealant (3).

If an empty tire sealant container (1) is available.
Extract tire sealant (3).
Use empty tire sealant container (1) with a hose (2) of approx. 400 mm in length. Position tire sealant container (1) under wheel and tire assembly.
Up to approx. 90% of the tire sealant (3) can be extracted.
- 3.2 If an empty tire sealant container (1) is not available.
Drill through tread of tire using a drill (0 10 mm) and collect tire sealant (3) in suitable container.
