STAR2 and STAR3
- With engine start, the engine-off cycle is completed, stored and the index is incremented.
- A data record is initially stored from a driving time > 1 min.
- The data record can be read out after a waiting time of > 1 min.
- When the engine is switched off, the driving cycle is completed and stored.
- The sequence is driving cycle before engine-off cycle with the same index.
- In other words: Driving cycle X occurs time-wise before engine-off cycle X.
- Data record with index 1 is the latest data record -> First in - first out principle.
- In the example, engine-off cycle 1 is not yet completed and will be hidden.
- Data of last driving cycle should be read out:
- Start engine.
- Drive (one-time > 15 km/h) and test, for example, whether an on-board electrical system stopping ban exists (due to a too low SOC or Ri).
- Switch off engine (after at least one minute).
- View and read out data of driving cycle (index) 1 (save process only takes place after one minute).
- Data of engine-off cycle should be read out:
- Start engine (ends the engine-off cycle), switch off engine.
- Bring vehicle to desired status (e.g. locked).
- Wait for gate time (one minute).
- Start engine, switch off engine (complete engine-off cycle).
- View and read out data of engine-off cycle (index) 2 (charge balance, etc.).
