  Dialing     
1 Call up workshop level in the instrument cluster. IMPORTANT The workshop level with the menu items is shown on the driver's display (4): "Vehicle data", "ASSYST PLUS",
And other equipment-dependent menu items.

2 Switch electronic ignition lock control unit to position "2" (circuit 15). IMPORTANT No fault messages are allowed to appear on the driver's display (4).  
3 Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select and confirm the "ASSYST PLUS" menu item on the driver's display (4). IMPORTANT The following menu items appear on the driver display (4): "Service data", "Full service".  
  Read out service data     
4 Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select and confirm the "Service data" tab. IMPORTANT Note down the workshop code shown on the driver's display (4) in the reception report.  
5 Use swipe movements on finger navigation pad (3) to scroll forward to remaining time and remaining distance. IMPORTANT Note down the remaining time and remaining distance shown on the driver's display (4) in the reception report.  
  Reset service data     
6 Press "Back" button (2) and change back to "Service data" and "Full service" menu item overview. IMPORTANT The following menu items appear on the driver display (4): "Service data", "Full service".  
7 Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select and confirm the "Full Service" menu item on the driver's display (4). IMPORTANT The current service items appear on the driver's display (4).  
8 Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select and confirm the "Confirm Service" menu item on the driver's display (4). IMPORTANT Model 118, 177, 247
The oil selection appears on the driver's display (4).
 
9 Select and confirm specification for engine oil used using swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3). Model 118, 177, 247  
10 Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select and confirm the "Yes" menu item on the driver's display (4) IMPORTANT "Reversal not possible" is shown on the driver's display (4).  
11 Use swipe movements on the finger navigation pad (3) to select and confirm the "Confirmation" menu item in the driver's display (4). IMPORTANT "Full Service completed" appears in the driver's display (4).
If the service is not performed or only partly performed after resetting the maintenance computer,

reset the maintenance computer to the default value again.

  Deactivation     
12 Press "Back" button (2) and change back to workshop level menu item. IMPORTANT The workshop level with the menu items is shown on the driver's display (4): "Vehicle data", "ASSYST PLUS",
