1. Switch on ignition.
2. Briefly press on/off button (1.9).

   

   This establishes the required as-delivered state and the audio recording is then switched off. The status LED lights up in orange.

3. Press Wi-Fi® button (1.7) and EVENT button (1.8) simultaneously for at least 6 s, until a beep is heard.

   

   This starts the diagnosis/dealer mode. The status LED of the Wi-Fi® button (1.7), EVENT button (1.8) and the ON/OFF button (1.9) light up.

4. Connect a Wi-Fi®-capable terminal (e.g. smartphone) with front Dashcam.
5. Start an Internet browser on the connected terminal (e.g.. smartphone) and call up http://dash.cam/diagnostics.
6. Adapt country settings as per specifications and confirm with the "Apply" button.

7. Align front Dashcam vertically.

   

   To make the adjustment easier, the picture can be searched for using the connected terminal (e.g. smartphone).

   In the lower picture area, the front contour of the vehicle must be visible.

8. Align rear Dashcam vertically.

   Only if a rear Dashcam back has been retrofitted.

   

   To make the adjustment easier, the picture can be searched for using the connected terminal (e.g. smartphone).

   The lower edge of the rear window must be visible in the lower picture area.

9. Press Wi-Fi® button (1.7) and EVENT button (1.8) simultaneously until a beep is heard.

   

   This ends the diagnosis/dealer mode.

10. Switch off ignition.
