The next steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle on model 205 and must be performed in the same way on the right side of the vehicle in the event of damage.

1. Transfer positions of present holes in body to suspension strut tower (1) (areas B).
2. Install suspension strut tower (1), fit with straightening bench and fix in place.
3. Drill rivet holes in suspension strut tower (1) with a 6.7 mm bit (areas A, B, C, and D).

   Drill rivet holes from inside through present holes in body (area A).

4. Remove suspension strut tower (1).
5. Deburr rivet holes on suspension strut tower (1) and body on both sides.
6. Remove drilling chips.

7. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in cross-hatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

8. Install suspension strut tower (1) with straightening tool and fix in place.
9. Rivet suspension strut tower (1) with 6.5x12.5 rivets (area E).
10. Rivet suspension strut tower (1) with ø6.4 M₆ rivet (area F).
11. Suspension strut tower (1) (area G).
12. Rivet suspension strut tower (1) with ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (area H).
13. Rivet suspension strut tower (1) with ø 6.5x14.5 rivets from engine compartment side (area I).

    Separate protrusion of wheel well (1) (area R).

    After installing upper front longitudinal member.
