28.1.11 "Removal method" modified Operation step 6  
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
NOTES Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1 Connect Star Diagnosis and perform initial startup of instrument cluster (A1) When replacing the instrument cluster (A1). AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2 Move steering wheel down and toward rear completely    
3 Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button from electronic ignition lock control unit IMPORTANT KEYLESS-GO start/stop button only on vehicles with code (889) Keyless-Go.  
4 Unclip steering column tube module trim (1) from instrument panel (2) and push toward rear SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge Fig 2
5 Remove bolts (3) IMPORTANT The bolts (3) remain on the instrument cluster (A1).  
6 Unclip instrument cluster (A1) toward rear out of instrument panel (2) with two extraction hooks (6) IMPORTANT The instrument cluster (A1) is clipped in the instrument panel (2) with the clips (4).
SPECIAL TOOL Pulling hook

7 Fold instrument cluster (A1) down at top out of instrument panel (2), disconnect electrical connector (5) and remove instrument cluster (A1)    
8 Install in the reverse order
