Install Rear Fender - Ar63.50-P-1400-04V

The following operation steps are shown on model 171.

1. Install rear fender, trunk lid, taillamps, rubber seal and lock striker and fit.
2. Check gaps and adjust
3. Fix rear fender in place.
4. Remove trunk lid, taillamps, rubber seal and lock striker.

5. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes on rear fender (1) (areas E and H).
6. Remove rear fender (1)
7. Deburr rivet holes on both sides
8. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.

9. Apply 2-component adhesive in cross-hatched area.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces. Refer to the manufacturer's information for the curing and working times of 2-component adhesive.

10. Install rear fender (1) and fix in place.
11. Adapt wheel arch on rear fender (1) and connect (area N).

12. Rivet rear fender (1) with Ø 6.5 X12.5 mm with blind rivet (area H).
13. Rear fender (1) MIG solder area (A1).
14. Weld in rear fender (1) with (areas A, B, G and I).

15. Rivet rear fender (1) with 0 6.5 X12.5 mm with blind rivet (area E).
16. Rear fender (1) (areas A, F, K, L and M1).

    Area (M1) only present on model 172.

17. Weld in rear fender (1) with (area M).

    Only perform on model 171.
