| 3 | Unclip Bowden cable (1) from left/right front latch (5) | ||
| 4 | Mark the installation position of Bowden cable (1) on front thrust bearing (6) | ||
| 5 | Remove Bowden cable (1) from front thrust bearing (6) | ||
| 6 | Unscrew bolt (7) and remove Bowden cable (1) from rear thrust bearing (8) | ||
| 7 | Unhook spring (9) from Vario roof front section (3) | ||
| 8 | Unhook Bowden cable (1) from eccentric (10) and remove it | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order |
