Install Rear Center Section With Cross Member And Weld In - Ar64.20-P-1060-06V

The following operation steps are shown on model 171.

1. Install rear cross member (2), fit and fix in place with straightening tool set.
2. Weld in rear cross member (2) with RP (areas F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M and N).
3. Coat rear cross member (2) on inside with zinc dust paint.

4. Install rear center section) 1), fit and fix in place with straightening tool set.
5. Weld in rear center section (1) with (areas A, B and C).
6. Rear center section (1) (area D 1, D2, D3).

   Area (D2) only present on model 171

7. Weld in rear center section (1) with SG www (area E).

   Perform only on model 171.

8. Clean weld joints (area E).

   Perform only on model 171.

9. Remove shavings and drill chips.
