	Remove/install
1	Remove fan unit		AR20.40-P-5050MNL
		Install engine compartment cover at top and bottom engine compartment lining only after successful leak check.
2	Release oil suction line (14) from hydraulic fluid reservoir (ABC) and seal the openings		AR32.50-P-0022LF
		Record plug	Fig 2
3	Drain air conditioning system	Model 217, 222 with engine 176 with code 1U6 (R744 refrigerant) with code 487 (Active Body Control (ABC))	AR83.30-P-1760LF
4	Remove screws (2)	Remove bolts (2) at the earliest 10 minutes after shutting off the engine; only then will the ABC system be fully unpressurized.
		Bolt, hydraulic line to hydraulic pump	*BA32.00-P-1006-01C
5	Remove oil line (3) from ABC hydraulic pump (1) and seal openings	Replace O-ring.

6	Unclip electrical connector (4) from refrigerant compressor (5)
7	Remove bolt (6) and release refrigerant line (7) from condenser	Model 217, 222 with engine 176 with code 1U6 (R744 refrigerant) with code 487 (Active Body Control (ABC)) Removal:  Do not use any tools to sever the connections and avoid damage (scratches, notches) to the sealing surfaces. Otherwise, the integrity of the refrigerant circuit can no longer be ensured. Replace gaskets.
		Bolt/nut, refrigerant line to condenser/gas cooler If damage (scratches, notches) occurs to the sealing surfaces ↓ Replace corresponding component.	*BA83.30-P-1008-01P

12	Remove strut (10)
13	Unscrew bolts (8) and remove belt pulley (11)
14	Remove screws/bolts (12)	Screw/bolt, hydraulic pump to carrier	*BA32.00-P-1003-01C
15	Move ABC hydraulic pump (1) forward slightly
16	Disconnect electrical connections (13)
17	Move refrigerant compressor (5) to rear where possible
18	Install radiator guard plate
	Guard plate for radiator/condenser		WF58.50-P-0110-01A
19	Remove ABC hydraulic pump (1) together with oil suction line (14) upwards
20	Mark installation position of oil suction line (14 relative to ABC hydraulic pump (1) and transfer mark onto new part	When replacing the ABC hydraulic pump (1) of oil suction line (14).
21	Remove oil suction line (14) from ABC hydraulic pump (1)	When replacing the ABC hydraulic pump (1) of oil suction line (14).
22	Install in the reverse order
23	Fill and bleed ABC system		AR32.50-P-0021SX
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
24	Perform engine test run, while doing so check ABC system for proper operation and leak tightness	When the work has been completed, cooling of the hydraulic fluid (after the engine is switched off) will cause the body to be lowered.
