	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove engine compartment lining above coolant expansion reservoir (1)	:  Only install engine compartment paneling after leak test.
2	Slowly remove cap (7) of coolant expansion reservoir (1)
3	Suction coolant out of coolant expansion reservoir (1)	Hand pump	Fig 2
4	Release and disconnect electrical connector (9)
5	Unhook lines (8) on coolant expansion reservoir (1)	Model 217 with engine 176, 177 with code 8U0 (Heated washer fluid reservoir) Model 222 with engine 176, 177, 656 with code 8U0 (Heated washer fluid reservoir)
6	Raise lock (2) and pull respective bleed lines (3) out of coolant expansion reservoir (1)		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
7	Remove screw/bolt (6) and lift coolant expansion reservoir (1)
8	Remove coolant line (4) on coolant expansion reservoir (1)		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
9	Remove coolant expansion reservoir (1) upwards	:  Ensure that rubber bushings (5) are seated properly.
10	Install in the reverse order
	Check
11	Check coolant level and correct if necessary	Coolant mixing ratio	*BF20.00-P-1001-04A
12	Check engine cooling system for leaktightness		AR20.00-P-1010LF
13	Install engine compartment paneling
