Disconnect/Connect Engine Wiring Harness To Remove Right Cylinder Head Cover - AR15.18-P-1000-06MNL

1. Engine 176 in model 217, 222 with code 2U8 (Alternative refrigerant)

   Unclip clip (12) of inerting line (13).

2. Engine 176 in model 217, 222 with code 2U8 (Alternative refrigerant)

   Unclip brackets (11) of inerting line (13) at engine wiring harness (3).

3. Engine 176 in model 217, 222 with code 2U8 (Alternative refrigerant)

   Place inerting line (13) to one side.

4. Release and disconnect electrical connector of ignition coil, cylinders 3+4 (T4/1).
5. Release and disconnect electrical connector of CAMTRONIC actuator for exhaust cylinder 3 (Y49/14).

6. Release and disconnect electrical connector of CAMTRONIC actuator for exhaust cylinder 2 (Y49/12).
7. Release and disconnect electrical connector of CAMTRONIC actuator for exhaust cylinder 3 (Y49/13).
8. Release and disconnect electrical connector of cylinder 2 intake CAMTRONIC actuator (Y49/11).
9. Release and disconnect electrical connector from right fuel pressure and temperature sensor (B42/1).
10. Release and disconnect electrical connector of pressure sensor upstream of right throttle valve (B28/21).
11. Release and disconnect electrical connector of pressure sensor downstream of right throttle valve (B28/23).
12. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right charge air temperature sensor (B17/15).
13. Release and disconnect electrical connector from right exhaust camshaft Hall sensor (B6/7).
14. Release and disconnect electrical connector from right intake camshaft Hall sensor (B6/5).
15. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right quantity control valve (Y94/2).
16. Release and disconnect electrical connector from right exhaust camshaft adjustment solenoid (Y49/7).
17. Release and disconnect electrical connector from right intake camshaft adjustment solenoid (Y49/5).
18. Release and disconnect electrical connector of right overrun mode bypass air switchover valve (Y101/2).
19. Remove screw/bolt (1) .
20. Remove screw/bolt (6) securing ground line .
21. Unclip electric line (5) from cylinder head cover.
22. Unclip electric line (2) from cylinder head cover.
23. Unclip engine wiring harness (3) from cylinder head cover.
24. Place engine wiring harness (3) with engine wiring harness (4) to one side.
25. Connect in reverse order.
