Remove/Install Circulation Pump For Low-Temperature Water Circuit - AR09.41-P-6925LFA

WARNING Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove right front engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105LF
    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Only install right front engine compartment paneling after leak test.  
2 Drain coolant of the low-temperature circuit   AR09.41-P-6834LFB 
    IMPORTANT Collect coolant in a suitable container.  
    FLUID SPECIFICATION Coolant mixing ratio *BF20.00-P-1001-04A 
3 Disconnect electrical connection (4) at low-temperature circuit circulation pump (7)    
4 Remove coolant hoses (1, 2) at low-temperature circuit circulation pump (7)   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
5 Collect coolant in a suitable container.    
6 Remove screw/bolt (3) and remove the bracket (5) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Tighten screws/bolts (3) until bracket (5) closed.  
7 Remove low-temperature circuit circulation pump (7)    
8 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Check     
9 Check low-temperature circuit cooling system for leaktightness   AR20.00-P-1010LF
WARNING Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10 Perform an engine test run; check cooling system for proper operation and leaktightness    
11 Install right front lower engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105LF
