Remove Pilot Bushing - AR41.10-P-0250-02LF

Measure 

  1. Measure and note dimension (a).

    Remove 

    • 2.1  Knock pilot bushing (10) using flat chisel uniformly onto drive shaft (arrow).

      If the pilot bushings (10) are not seized.

      If the pilot bushings (10) are seized.

    • 2.2  15 mm from the end face of the pilot bushing (10), drill a hole (Ø 10 mm) at right angles through the centering sleeve (10).

  2. Insert drift through hole and pry pilot bushing (10) out of drive shaft using two assembly levers.

    If the pilot bushings (10) are seized.
