Check 

1. Check propeller shaft halves or thirds (1a, 1b), propeller shaft center support bearing (2) and boot (3).

   Check propeller shaft halves or thirds (1a, 1b), propeller shaft center support bearing (2) for condition, wear and damage.

   Check that the boot (3) is in good condition, not damaged and is seated correctly.

2. Coat splined profile of joint fork with long-life grease.
3. Connect propeller shaft halves or thirds (1a, 1b).

   Connect propeller shaft halves or thirds (1a, 1b) in correct position and carefully.

   This helps to avoid powertrain vibrations and damage to the boot (3).

   The marking (A) must be aligned with the central point between the markings (B).
