1. Check suspension strut tower (A) for cracks, folds and deformation, replace if required.

   Always replace suspension strut tower (A) if cracks, folds or deformation always  .

   Otherwise the minimum strength of the structural components is not ensured.

   Reshaping or repairing not  permissible.

2. Check transverse control arm suspension strut towers (A) for skid marks on bolts and bolt hole deformation, replace if required.

3. Check crossmember below windshield (B) for cracks, folds and deformation, replace if required.

   Replace crossmember below windshield (B) always  if cracks, folds or deformation are present. Otherwise the minimum strength of the structural components is not ensured.

   Reshaping or repairing not  permissible.

4. Check longitudinal member (C) for cracks, folds and deformation, replace if required.

   Replace longitudinal member (C) always  if cracks or folds are present.

   Otherwise the minimum strength of the structural components is not ensured.

   Reshaping or repairing marginally  permissible.

5. Check front axle carrier connections on longitudinal member (C) for skid marks on bolts and bolt hole deformation, replace if required.

6. Check longitudinal member (C₁ ) for cracks, folds and deformation, replace if required.

   Replace longitudinal member (C₁ ) always  if cracks, folds or deformation are present.

   Otherwise the minimum strength of the structural components is not ensured.

   Reshaping or repairing not  permissible.

7. Check front axle carrier connections on longitudinal member (C₁ ) for skid marks on bolts and bolt hole deformation, replace if required.

8. Check front longitudinal member (D) for cracks, folds and deformation, replace if required.

   Replace upper front longitudinal member (D) always  if cracks or folds are present.

   Otherwise the minimum strength of the structural components is not ensured.

   Reshaping or repairing permissible.

9. Check pedal floor crossmember (E) for cracks, folds and deformation, replace if required.

   Replace pedal floor crossmember (E)always  if cracks, folds or deformation are present.

   Otherwise the required minimum strength of the structural components is not ensured.
