Remove/Install Rear Door - AR72.12-P-0600LF

	Remove/install
1	Open front door (3)
2	Completely lower side window (2) in rear door (1)
3	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key
4	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-P-0003LF
5	Disconnect electrical connector on left rear door (X35/3) or electrical connector on right rear door (X35/4)
6	Remove caps from bolts (4)
7	Remove screws (4)	: Moisten thread on bolts (4) with Loctite. Repair paint damage in area of bolts (4).
		Bolt to hinge shaft	*BA72.12-P-1003-01Q
		Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)	*BR00.45-Z-1133-02A
8	Remove rear door (1) from hinges and lay down on suitable subsurface	Remove rear door (1) carefully. If the rear door (1) comes into contact, the paint can be damaged. Helper required.
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Check gap dimensions on rear door (1), correct if necessary		AR72.12-P-0650LF
11	Check for proper function and synchronize power window
