1	Check gap dimensions at rear door (1)		AR60.00-P-0700-01LF
		Front/rear door to roof paneling, side	*BE60.00-P-1009-01BA
		Front door to rear door	*BE60.00-P-1011-01BA
		Rear door to side section, bottom	*BE60.00-P-1012-01BA
		Front door cover to rear door cover	*BE60.00-P-1013-01BA
		Feeler gauge	Fig 1
	Remove
2	Glue on adhesive strips (12) as shown and cut in center of door joint	Adhesive strips (12) serves as orientation when adjusting.
3	Remove cap (13) from bolt (14)
4	Unscrew screw/bolt (14)
5	Unscrew bolts (15) on upper door hinge leaf (16)
6	Remove upper door hinge leaf (16)
	Install
7	Insert new upper door hinge leaf (16) into old upper pillar hinge leaf (18)
8	Screw in bolt (14) to stop
9	Tighten bolts (15) on upper door hinge leaf (16)	Bolt, hinge to rear door	*BA72.12-P-1001-01S
	Remove
10	Unscrew screw/bolt (14)
11	Unscrew bolts (17) on upper door hinge leaf (18) on pillar side
12	Remove upper pillar hinge leaf (18)
	Install
13	Insert new upper pillar hinge leaf (18) in B-pillar
14	Moisten thread on bolt (14) with bolt securing agent and tighten bolt (14)	Bolt to hinge shaft	*BA72.12-P-1003-01S
		Thread locking adhesive, Loctite 241	*BR00.45-Z-1001-02A
15	Install cap (13) on bolt (14)
16	Tighten upper pillar-side hinge leaf (18) with bolts (17)	Bolt, hinge to B-pillar	*BA72.12-P-1002-01S
	Remove
17	Remove cap (19) from bolt (20)
18	Remove bolt (20)
19	Unscrew bolts (21) from lower door hinge leaf (22)
20	Remove lower door hinge leaf (22)
	Install
21	Insert new lower door hinge leaf (22) into old pillar hinge leaf (24)
22	Screw in bolt (20) to stop
23	Tighten bolts (21) on lower door hinge leaf (22)	Bolt, hinge to rear door	*BA72.12-P-1001-01S
	Remove
24	Remove bolt (20)
25	Unscrew bolts (23) on lower door hinge leaf (24) on pillar side
26	Remove lower pillar hinge leaf (24)
	Install
27	Insert new lower pillar hinge leaf (24) into B-pillar
28	Moisten thread on bolt (20) with bolt securing agent and tighten bolt (20).	Bolt to hinge shaft	*BA72.12-P-1003-01S
		Thread locking adhesive, Loctite 241	*BR00.45-Z-1001-02A
29	Install cap (19) on bolt (20)
30	Tighten lower pillar-side hinge leaf (24) with bolts (23)	Bolt, hinge to B-pillar	*BA72.12-P-1002-01S
	Check
31	Check if adhesive strips (12) mismatch, if necessary check gap dimensions on rear door (1), adjust		AR60.00-P-0700-01LF
		Front/rear door to roof paneling, side	*BE60.00-P-1009-01BA
		Front door to rear door	*BE60.00-P-1011-01BA
		Rear door to side section, bottom	*BE60.00-P-1012-01BA
		Front door cover to rear door cover	*BE60.00-P-1013-01BA
