Prepare Body Flange On Rear Panoramic Roof For Installation - AR77.21-P-0751-02LF

with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) 

1. Cut back adhesive beads on bonding surfaces (1) to residual height of approx. 1 mm to max. 2 mm with scraper and pull off incompletely cut off residual sections of adhesive beads.

   Only if rear panoramic sliding sunroof frame (2) has not been replaced.

2. Remove cutting residues from rear panoramic sliding sunroof frame (2) with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.

   Only if rear panoramic sliding sunroof frame (2) has not been replaced.

3. Repair paint damage on rear panoramic roof frame (2).

   Only if rear panoramic sliding sunroof frame (2) has not been replaced.

4. Apply primer onto bonding surfaces (1) on which no residual adhesive material is present.
