Insert rear cover (1) within 5 min after applying adhesive to body and align.

Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.

Immediately remove soiling caused by adhesive.

1. Align rear cover (1) in relation to rear window (4) and to rear glass cover (2).

   Observe gap dimension (A) and transitions (B) determined previously during removal. The rear cover (1) must be flush with the rear glass cover (2) on left and right.

2. Insert feeler gauges (3), adjusted to the gap dimension (A), between rear cover (1) and rear window (4).

   The feeler gauges (3) serve as spacers during the curing time of the adhesive material.

3. Carefully remove cup suction tool.
4. Place weights on rear cover (1) while adhesive material cures.

   Use weights with large surface such as sandbags.

   Otherwise the rear cover (1) can be damaged.
