	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid.	Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by pinching or crushing when working on springs or spring bodies that are under tension	Use only approved tensioning devices; additionally screen off hazardous area if necessary. 	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m)
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

3	Detach lines (1) from stabilizer bar (2)	Model 166, 292 with code 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM)	AR32.00-P-0001-01A
		Screw/bolt, oil line to rotary actuator on front axle/rear axle	*BA32.34-P-1007-01A
4	Seal connection fittings on torsion bar (2) and lines (1) using stop plugs	Model 166, 292 with code 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM)
		The connection fittings on the torsion bar (2) and lines (1) must be sealed using stop plugs. Penetrating dirt and moisture can otherwise damage the components.

5	Detach left rear wheel	Model 292	AR40.10-P-1100GQC
6	Detach left and right torsion bar linkage (3) from torsion bar (2)	Carefully detach torsion bar linkage (3), torsion bar (2) is under tension.
		Nut, torsion bar linkage to torsion bar	*BA32.20-P-1003-04P
7.1	Remove screws/bolts (2s) and take off torsion bar (2)	Model 166
		While working on the rear axle, care must be taken to ensure that the surface of aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches.
		Otherwise the service life of the of the parts will be reduced.
		Only tighten nuts and bolts of suspension components when vehicle is in a ready-to-drive condition.
		Screw/bolt, torsion bar bracket to rear axle carrier	*BA32.20-P-1001-04P
7.2	Remove bolts (2s) and remove torsion bar (2) to left	Model 292
		While working on the rear axle, care must be taken to ensure that the surface of aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches. Otherwise the service life of the of the parts will be reduced.
		Only tighten nuts and bolts of suspension components when vehicle is in a ready-to-drive condition.
		Screw/bolt, torsion bar bracket to rear axle carrier	*BA32.20-P-1001-04P
8	Install in the reverse order
	Check
9	Check torsion bar linkage (3) and elastomer bearing on torsion bar (2)	Check torsion bar linkage (3) and elastomer bearing for wear and damage, replace if necessary.
	Initial startup
10	Fill and bleed ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM	Model 166, 292 with code 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM)	AR32.34-P-0021GQ
