Install Main Floor, Inner Longitudinal Member And Seat Consoles - Ar63.40-P-1180-22GZ

Model 164, 166, 292 

1. Install inner longitudinal member (7), main floor (6), connection carrier on main floor (5), center tunnel reinforcement (3), outer seat console (1), inner seat console (2) and tank holder (4), fit and fix in place.

2. Drill rivet holes on main floor, connecting carrier on main floor (5) and for center tunnel reinforcement ((3) with Ø 6.7 mm bit (areas G, H, I, J, L, M, N, O, P, R, W, X, EC, QB, WA1 and WA2).
3. Remove main floor, connection carrier on main floor (5), center tunnel reinforcement (3), outer seat console (1) and inner seat console (2).
4. Deburr rivet holes on both sides.
5. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
6. Install main floor, connection carrier on main floor (5), center tunnel reinforcement (3), fit and fix in place.
7. Rivet main floor, connecting carrier on main floor (5) and center tunnel reinforcement (3) with Ø 6.5X14.5 blind rivets (areas G, H, I, J, L, M, N, O, P, R, W, X, EC, QB, WA1 and WA2).
8. Connecting carrier on main floor (5) (areas T and U).
9. Inner longitudinal member (7) and main floor (6) (areas D, Y, AA, AB and CB).

10. Install outer seat console (1) and inner seat console (2), fit and fix in place.
11. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in outer seal console (1) and inner seat console (2) (areas BC, QC, DB, S, FB, V, DA, QD and BB).
12. Remove outer seal console (1) and inner seat console (2).
13. Deburr rivet holes on both sides.
14. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
15. Install outer seat console (1) and inner seat console (2), fit and fix in place.
16. Rivet outer seat console (1) and inner seal console (2) with Ø 6.5X14.5 rivet (areas BC, QC, DB, S, FB, V, DA, QD and BB).
17. Reinforcement on outer seat console (1) sg (area JA).

    Outer seat console (1) partially removed for better illustration.

18. Install tank holder (4), fit and fix in place.
19. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in tank holder (4) (area A).
20. Remove tank holder (4).
21. Deburr rivet holes on both sides.
22. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
23. Install tank holder (4), fit and fix in place.
24. Rivet tank holder (4) with Ø 6.5X14.5 blind rivets (area A).

    Install left reinforcement (8), fit and fix in place.

    Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in left reinforcement (8) (areas D1 and D2).
