Repair damage on permanent underfloor protection as well as paint damage on lower door edges, wheel arch lips and entrances.
Apply preservation agent to underbody in area repaired following accident. Body shells must have preservation agent applied to their underfloors when the vehicle is fully assembled.
The vehicle underside must be cleaned before waxing. Spray the preservation wax on the dry underfloor.
Damage and elaborate cleaning work should be avoided.
Therefore do not spray the following parts with wax, but mask them if possible:
- Brake linings and brake disks
- Exhaust pipes, center mufflers and rear mufflers
- Propeller shafts
