Full hardening speed for 50_% relative air humidity
Product Description:
- 1-component polyurethane sealant, which with air humidity hardens to form an elastomer.
Application Range:
- This material is suitable for elastic, durable and highly adhesive sealing.
Processing Procedure:
- The joint underground must be dry and free of grease and dust.
- Filler/primer must be applied before application of the seam seal.
The seam seal may only be applied after the filler/primer has completely dried.
- Cut nozzle tips to match gap width and insert sealant into gaps using a piston-rod compressed air, rechargeable battery or hand spray gun free from air.
- The optimum processing temperature lies between 15°C and 25°C.
- The seam seal may only be painted over after it is completely hardened. The network reaction occurs with air humidity. At low temperatures the water content in the air is lower and the networking reaction runs slightly slower (see diagram).
- Longer curing times should be avoided to prevent any paint adhesion losses.
