Installing Rear Section Of Roof Paneling - Ar65.10-P-5760-03GQX

MODEL 166.8 

1. Install rear roof paneling (1), fit with spacer blocks and fix in place.

   When removing, observe specified dimensions and positions of spacer blocks.

2. Drill rivet holes on rear roof paneling (1) with 0 6.7 mm drill bit.

   Drill rivet holes through spot welds predrilled during removal.

3. Remove spacer blocks and rear roof paneling (1).
4. Deburr rivet holes on rear roof paneling (1) from both sides.
5. Remove drill shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.

6. Apply adhesive to body.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces. refer to manufacturer specifications for adhesive curing and application times.

7. Install rear roof paneling (1), fit with spacer blocks and fix in place.
8. Rivet rear roof paneling (1) with 0 6.5X 12.5 blind rivet (areas A and C).
9. Rear roof paneling (1) (areas B, D and E).
