Install Front Roof Frame - Ar65.20-P-1006-05GQ

1. Install front roof frame (1) and inner front reinforcement links (2), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes on front roof frame (1) and left/right inner front reinforcement (2) (areas F₁ , F₂ , G₁ and G₂ ).
3. Remove front roof frame (1) and left inner front reinforcement (2).
4. Deburr rivet holes on front roof frame (1) and left/right inner front reinforcement (2) on both sides.

5. Install front roof frame (1) and inner front reinforcement links (2), fit and fix in place.
6. Rivet front roof frame (1) and left/right inner front reinforcement (2) with Ø 6.5X14.5 blind rivets (areas H 2, I₂ , I₃ , J₁ and K₂ ).
7. Rivet front roof frame (1) and left/right inner front reinforcement (2) with Ø 6.5X 12.5 blind rivets (areas H1, H3, I1, J2 and K1).
8. Front roof frame (1) and left/right inner front reinforcement (2) (areas L and M).
9. Clean welds on front roof frame (1) and left/right inner front reinforcement (2).
10. Remove shavings.
