	Remove
1	Switch on ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)
2	Remove inner door sill	Model 166, 292 with code 876 (ambient lighting)
			AR68.30-P-4100GQ
3	Remove sealing frame (1) in area of outer door sill	Model 166, 292 with code 876 (ambient lighting)
4	Release and disconnect electrical connector (2)	Model 166, 292 with code 876 (ambient lighting)
5	Press outer door sill off of longitudinal member	Long wedge	Fig 2
	Install
6	Clean assembly area of outer door sill	Bonding surface must be free of grease and dust.
	Notes on removing adhesive residues and foils on paint and metal surfaces with surface conditioning disks		AH00.00-P-0013-01AK
		Commercially available surface conditioning disk, 0 100 mm with fixing shank.
		Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
7	Remove protective foil form outer door sill
8	Position outer protective strip on longitudinal member
9	Install guide pin assembly holes	Model 166, 292 with code 876 (ambient lighting)
10	Uniformly and firmly press outer protective strip from center toward outside
11	Connect electrical connector (2) and correctly position electrical feed line (3)	Model 166, 292 with code 876 (ambient lighting)
12	Install sealing frame (1)	Model 166, 292 with code 876 (ambient lighting)
13	Install inner door sill	Model 166, 292 with code 876 (ambient lighting)	AR68.30-P-4100GQ
