| 2 | Lift upper retainer (2) and lower retainer (2) with suitable screwdriver (3) and unclip gas pressure strut (i) from mounts | Do not remove retainers (2). Otherwise tension is lost. Do not remove both gas pressure struts (1) simultaneously ↓ If, however, both gas pressure struts (1) are removed simultaneously, secure engine hood against falling down |
