DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove upper center engine cover    
2 Remove front lower engine compartment paneling   AR61.30-P-1001GQ
  Drain off     
3 Unfasten clamp from hose (5) at charge air cooler circulation pump (M44)    
4 Detach hose (5) from charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) IMPORTANT Collect coolant in reservoir.  
5 Unscrew cap on low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir Engine 157, 278 in model 166, 292 AR09.41-P-0001MLJ 
    Engine 276.8 in model 166, 292 AR09.41-P-0001GQC 
  Pour in     
6 Attach hose (5) on charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) and fasten clamp    
7 Pour in coolant and bleed cooling system   AR20.00-P-1142-04A
    IMPORTANT Use clean coolant.
