Remove/Install Cigarette Lighter - AR54.10-P-0030GQ

MODEL 166 with CODE (301) Ashtray package/smoker package

	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition
2	Remove center console	Carefully raise center console and place with attached electrical lines on the inside far enough into the rear until the electrical connection of the cigarette lighter with front ashtray illumination (R3) is accessible.	AR68.20-P-2000GQ
3	Disconnect electrical connector of cigarette lighter with front ashtray illumination (R3)	The stowage compartment (1) slider must be closed.
4	Pull insert out of housing (3) of cigarette lighter with front ashtray illumination (R3)
5	Insert pliers (2) into housing (3) and pull housing (3) out of spring pin (4)	The studs of the pliers (2) must engage in the housing (3) cutouts (arrows).	Fig 2
6	Unclip and remove spring pin (4) from ashtray housing by pressing back the two catch hooks (5)	Pay attention to the correct installation position of the clamping sleeve (4)
7	Install in the reverse order
