Remove/Install Front Engine Mount And/Or Engine Support - AR22.10-P-1260OGR

ENGINE 642 in MODEL 166, 292 

Shown on right side on model 166 

	Remove/install
1	Remove alternator	Only for removal of the right engine mount (Y123/1) or right engine support (4)	AR15.40-P-5032OGR
2	Remove right air filter housing	Only for removal of the right engine mount (Y123/1) or right engine support (4)	AR09.10-P-1150OGR
3	Remove respective section of the underfloor paneling		AR61.30-P-1001GQ
4	Remove screw/bolts (3) and take out heat shield (2).
5	Mount engine hoist and raise engine slightly	Only fasten shackle to the front engine suspension lug and lift.	AR33.10-P-0105EW
6	Remove screw/bolt (6) on engine mount (Y123 or Y123/1)	Bolt, front engine mount to engine support	*BA22.10-P-1002-03G

7	Raise engine further	Pay attention when lifting out engine that no cables and lines are damaged and that engine does not lean against the bulkhead.
8	Expose electrical lines for engine mount (Y123 or Y123/1) on front axle carrier and disconnect electrical connections
9	Remove screw/bolts (7) on engine mount (Y123 or Y123/1)	Bolt, front engine mount to front axle carrier	*BA22.10-P-1001-03G
10	Take out engine mount (Y123 or Y123/1)	Remove engine mount on the right (Y123/1) upwards and remove engine mount on the left (Y123) downwards. Ensure a correct installation position of the engine mount (Y123 or Y123/1). If the engine mount (Y123 or Y123/1) is replaced then this must always be done as pairs. Take note of environmental protection regulations for disposal of the engine mount (Y123 or Y123/1). Dispose engine mounts (Y123 or Y123/1) in the mixed scrap.
11	Remove screw/bolts (5) and take out engine support (4)	When removing the engine support (4) Remove engine support on the right (4) upwards and remove engine support on the left downwards. Screw/bolt, engine support to crankcase	*BA22.10-P-1001-02A
12	Install in the reverse order
