	Remove/install

2	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-P-0003GZ
3	Remove B-pillar trim (1)		AR68.30-P-4700GQ
4	Unscrew bolt (2)	Screw/bolt, belt guide bracket to B-pillar	*BA91.40-P-1006-01R
5.1	Carefully lift floor covering and air duct segment until lower screw/bolt (3) is accessible	Model 166 with code 581 (Automatic air conditioning) Model 166 with code 582 (Rear air conditioner) Model 292 with code 581 (Automatic air conditioning)
5.2	Carefully lift floor covering and molded part until lower screw/bolt (3) is accessible	Model 166 except code 581 (Automatic air conditioning) except code 582 (Rear air conditioner) Model 292 except code 581 (Automatic air conditioning)
6	Remove bolts (3)	Bolt, seat belt retractor to B-pillar	*BA91.40-P-1004-01R
7	Take off seat belt (front seat) until the electrical connector (4) is accessible
8	Disconnect electrical connection (4)
9	Remove seat belt (front seat)
10	Install in the reverse order
	Initial startup
11	Carry out SCN coding of left front reversible emergency tensioning retractor (A76) or right front reversible emergency tensioning retractor (A76/1)	When replacing the seat belt (front seat).	AR54.21-P-0015X
12	Connect diagnostic system and perform initial startup of PRE-SAFE	When replacing the seat belt (front seat).	AD00.00-P-2000-04A
