| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
| 2 | Move front seat and backrest forward | ||
| 3 | Detach ground line of on-board electrical system battery | AR54.10-P-0003GZ | |
| 4 | Remove seat-back lining from seat backrest | AR91.10-P-1910GQ | |
| 5 | Unhook tabs of backrest cover (2) at backrest frame (1) | ||
| 6 | Unscrew nuts (7) and remove ground strap (5) | *BA91.60-P-1019-01H | |
| 7 | Detach sidebag unit (3) from backrest frame (1) | ||
| 8 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (6) | ||
| 9 | Remove sidebag unit (3) from check strap (4) | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
