- Switch off entrance and exit illumination at overhead control panel control unit.
- Remove left front door exit and warning lamp (E17/3) or right front door exit and warning lamp (E17/4) from door trim (3) using
long wedge (L).
Unclip left front door exit and warning lamp (E17/3) or right front door exit and warning lamp (E17/4) from below starting at the left side.
The electrical connector is located on the right side and could otherwise be damaged.
- Detach black 2-pin connector socket (2) from left front door exit and warning lamp (E17/3) or right front door exit and warning lamp (E17/4).
