Remove/Install Air Body Control Central Reservoir - AR32.22-P-2023LWX

	Remove
1	Drain AIR BODY CONTROL central reservoir (1) using vehicle diagnosis system
			AD00.00-P-2000-04B
2	Fold over load compartment floor rear section
3	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (at least 2 m)
4	Remove hazard warning triangle
5	Remove pressure line (2) from AIR BODY CONTROL central reservoir (1) and close off openings with suitable stop plugs	Torque tool set	Fig 4
		Record plug	Fig 3
6	Remove bolt (3) and open tensioning strap (4)
7	Remove AIR BODY CONTROL central reservoir (1) upwards out of the trunk
	Install
8	Position AIR BODY CONTROL central reservoir (1) in trunk
9	Close tensioning strap (4) and tighten bolt (3)
10	Remove all stop plugs
11	Attach pressure line (2) to AIR BODY CONTROL central reservoir (1)	The thread on the connection of the pressure line (2) and pressure line (2) may not be damaged. Otherwise, leaks will occur.
		Pressure line to pressure reservoir/valve unit (SP)	*BA32.22-P-1007-03G
		Torque tool set	Fig 4
		Torque wrench If thread on the pressure line (2) or pressure line (2) connection is damaged ↓ Repair connection of pressure line (2) or pressure line (2).	Fig 1

12	Position warning triangle in trunk
13	Fill AIR BODY CONTROL central reservoir (1) with compressed air using vehicle diagnosis system

	Check
14	Read out and erase fault memory using the diagnostic system
			AD00.00-P-2000-04B
15	Check AIR BODY CONTROL central reservoir (1), pressure line (2) and connection of pressure line (2) for leak tightness		AR32.22-P-8100LW

16	Fold back load compartment floor rear section
