Remove/Install Adaptive Damping System Control Unit - AR32.32-P-0003LW

Model 205 with code 459 (DYNAMIC BODY CONTROL suspension with adjustment damping) 

Model 205 with code 488 (Steel/air suspension) 

Model 253 with code 459 (DYNAMIC BODY CONTROL suspension with adjustment damping)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Commission adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5). When replacing the adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5).  
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04B
2 Remove left front seat. Model 205.0/1/2/3 with code 459 (DYNAMIC BODY CONTROL suspension with adjustment damping)
Model 205.0/1/2/3 with code 488 (Steel/air suspension)
Model 253 with code 459 (DYNAMIC BODY CONTROL suspension with adjustment damping)
AR91.10-P-1000LW
    Model 205.4 with code 459 (DYNAMIC BODY CONTROL suspension with adjustment damping)
Model 205.4 with code 488 (Steel/air suspension)
AR91.10-P-1000LWR
3 Remove electrical wiring harness (3) from air duct (1). INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Install new cable tie (4).  
    SPECIAL TOOL Dismantling tool Fig 1
4 Release air duct (1) (arrows A) and remove.    
5 Carefully lift up floor covering (2). INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Check for correct seating.  
6 Unclip adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5) from catch hooks (5) and pull out towards vehicle center (arrows B).    
7 Disconnect electrical connectors (6) and remove adaptive damping system control unit (N51/5).    
8 Install in the reverse order.
