	Remove
1	Remove front passenger door.		AR72.10-P-0500LW
2	Mark installation position of front passenger door hinge leaf (1.1) and A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2).
3	Remove door sill trim		AR68.30-P-4100LW
4	Unclip front passenger side A-pillar fuse box (F1/3) from A-pillar (arrows) and set aside.	Do not disconnect electrical lines.
5	Unscrew nuts (3), release A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2) and remove.	Long wedge	Fig 1
6	Remove seal under A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2).
7	Clean A-pillar in area of hinge support.	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
8	Remove screws (2) and remove front passenger door hinge leaf (1.1).
	Install
9	Align front passenger door hinge leaf (1.1) by means of the previously applied markings on front passenger door and tighten screws (2).	Screw/bolt, hinge to front door	*BA72.10-P-1001-01W
10	Align A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2) with seal on A-pillar by means of the previously applied markings and tighten nuts (3).	Helper required for exact positioning and holding of A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2).
		Nut, hinge to A-pillar	*BA72.10-P-1002-01W
11	Install front passenger door.		AR72.10-P-0500LW
12	Open and close front passenger door.	The installation position of the passenger door may change later due to opening and closing.
	Check
13	Check gap dimensions at front passenger door, adjust if necessary.		AR72.10-P-0552LW
	Install
14	Repair paint damage at respective bolt heads.
15	Protect front passenger door and A-pillar in the area of hinge against corrosion.	Wax for engine compartment (400 ml spray can)	*BR00.45-Z-1018-05A
16	Clip front passenger side A-pillar fuse box (F1/3) into A-pillar.
17	Install door sill trim.		AR68.30-P-4100LW
