| 1 | Detach hydraulic line (4) from shift cylinder for differential lock (3) | ||
| 2 | Seal exposed connections with plugs | Fig 2 | |
| 3 | Unscrew union nut (5) and disconnect electrical connector on pressure switch (2) | ||
| 4 | Mark installation position of shift cylinder for differential lock (3) relative to axle tube | Only perform when the shift cylinder for the differential lock (3) or parts of the differential lock are not replaced. | |
| 5 | Remove bolts and remove shift cylinder for differential lock (3) | ||
| Install | |||
| 6 | Set mounting bore (6) for shift sleeve in the center of the opening in the axle tube | ||
| 7.1 | Position shift cylinder for differential lock (3) in previously-marked installation position on axle tube and tighten bolts | Only perform if the old shift cylinder for the differential lock (3) is to be used again and none of the differential lock parts were replaced. | |
