	Preparatory activity
1	Lift vehicle with lifting platform.
		Vehicle must be horizontal. Otherwise, the front axle differential is not filled correctly and an incorrect oil filling capacity could lead to leakage and material damage.	AR00.60-P-1000G
	Clean
2	Clean area surrounding filling screw (1) and drain screw (2).
	Remove
3	Remove filling screw (1).
	Drain off
4	Remove drain screw (2) and drain oil from front axle differential.
	Clean
5	Clean drain bore in front axle differential.	Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04A
	Install
6	Apply a drop of sealant to start of lower thread of the new drain screw (2), and then immediately tighten new drain screw (2).	Replace drain screw (2) each time it is removed. Otherwise, this may lead to leakage and consequential damage. Sealant, Omnifit 100H (50 g)	*BR00.45-Z-1061-01A

	Pour in
7	Add defined oil filling capacity.	Model 463.225 up to model year 2019 with code MUK2 (USA or Canada vehicle model designation) Model 463.234 up to model year 2019 with code ZQ0 (G 500 4x42 ) Model 463.243/246/270/271/272/273/274/275 up to model year 2019 Use only approved oils as per "SAE 75W-140 Limited Slip". 	Clean
8	Clean filler bore in front axle differential.	Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray	*BR00.45-Z-1046-04A
	Install
