Remove/Install Washer Fluid Reservoir Of Windshield Washer System - AR82.35-P-6000GW

Model 463 

as of model year 2013 up to model year 2019

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
  Detach right front wheel    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE Remove/install wheels, rotate if necessary   AP40.10-P-4050G
  Remove right wheel housing paneling    
  Unscrew nut (3) from filler neck (4)    
  Pull filler neck (4) from washer fluid reservoir (8) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : When installing the filler neck (4), check that the sealing ring is seated correctly on the washer fluid reservoir (8).  
  Remove screws (9) of washer fluid reservoir (8) IMPORTANT There are 3 screws (9) present in total  
  Disconnect electrical connectors IMPORTANT Electrical connectors of: windshield washer system pump (M5/1), headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2) and windshield washer system washer fluid level switch (S42).  
  Lift washer fluid reservoir (8) from wheel well and empty washer fluid IMPORTANT Pour washer fluid into a suitable vessel.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Only fill washer fluid after the operations have been completed.
 
  Mark hoses (5) and washer fluid pump (M5/1)    
  Detach hoses (5) from washer fluid pump (M5/1)    
  Remove hose (7) from headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2) IMPORTANT To do so, detach clip (6) and remove hose.  
  Install in the reverse order    
  Pour in washer fluid IMPORTANT See owner's manual.  
  Perform function test of the windshield washer system
